About to wake my boyfriend from his nap with a plate full of tacos—chicken, carnitas, al pastor, and cochinita pibil.

Small Girls, Great Style
I didn’t even know that Chloé made children’s clothing!  Their Fall-Winter 2010/2011 collection is AMAZING!

“The Chloé Children’s Wear collection for Fall-Winter 2010/2011 reflects the elegant silhouettes of Creative Director Hannah MacGibbon. The lines are delicate, delineating a young girl with personality and natural allure, unabashedly intermingling gracefulness and laidback insouciance.”

Of course I end up imagining what I, and fellow small girls I know, would wear out of the collection.
Clockwise from top left:

I LOVE IT!  Black tights, black shorts, a t-shirt, black jacket, and boots.  All that lil girl needs is a studded cuff and a brass tooth on a chain around her neck to be me.  (Oh and also be Asian… we’re probably the same height though)
Mallory would be able to rock that onesie.  It’s quirky and cute like she is, in the same way that this little bitty that she wore was.
That cape and mini screams Jen.  I mean hello.
Sara!!!  Sara and ‘stylish comfy knits’ are practically synonymous.

Now the question is… how big do Chloé’s kids sizes get? Hmmmm…

Today, I got a statement for my emergency appendectomy and two-day hospital stay. I now know firsthand that this post is not bullshit.

I have never, ever been more thankful for health insurance. But, honestly, I’m beyond heartbroken thinking about those who are not as fortunate.
